Her thirty-plus years in the financial community include key positions in merchant banking [Hamilton Robinson & Co. (1987-1989)]; risk arbitrage [Wagner Stott & Co. (1984-1987)]; venture capital and investment banking [Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. (1976-1983)]; and financial advisory services [various financial institutions in the New York metropolitan area].
Her numerous professional designations and advanced academic credentials include: Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®); Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU); Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC); Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC); Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC); and, Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).
She holds an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, a Masters degree in Social Studies Education/History from The University at Albany and a Bachelors degree in History from The University at Albany.
A New York City resident, Cindy is a member and active participant in numerous prestigious industry and community organizations, including: the Asset Protection Society, a national group dedicated to the establishment of a standard of excellence in asset protection; Civitas, a union of citizens dedicated to improving neighborhood quality of life in the Upper East Side of Manhattan and East Harlem; The National Arts Club, a private club whose membership is dedicated to furthering art and artists in America; and, Insurance with a Cause®, a charitable initiative of Loyalty Alliance® focused on supporting neighborhood programs that empower the lives of young people.
